Our AutoPlus and AutoPlan Insurance Plans are the best insurance products out there in the market because it covers all your insurance needs! AutoPlus and AutoPlan provide you with extensive coverage in case of any unforeseen events, such as accidents or theft.
In case of theft, robbery or a break-in, AutoPlus and Autoplan will cover the cost of your car lock as well as car key. If your keys are locked inside the car, we will also cover the payment to a locksmith or a car towing service ($50 excess applies).
The major difference between the two plans is that AutoPlus offers you the liberty of selecting workshops that you wish to use in an unfortunate event of an accident. If you do not want age coverage for younger drivers, you may get a lower premium by setting an age condition on your insurance policy. The higher your age condition is, the lower the premium will be.

We are not liable for any losses or damaged incurred by the vehicles if the vehicle is being driven outside the area of coverage, while the vehicle is not being driven keeping in mind its limitations, driven by unauthorised driver, or by the authorised driver under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
We are also not liable for losses incurred due to war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities or warlike operations (whether war be declared or not), civil war, mutiny, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, strikes, riots or civil commotion, detention, seizure, confiscation or any attempt threat, flood, typhoon, hurricane, cyclone, tornado, volcanic eruption or earth or other convulsions of nature, in addition to any damages incurred due to nuclear war or its consequences.
If your car has been the victim of an accident, you are required to make any accident claims within the next 24 hours of the event or occurrence.
. Alternatively, you can also visit our approved reporting centres with your accident vehicle during the next working day. However, if you fail to do so, it will affect your NCD ("No Claim Discount") which will lead to a prejudice of your claim.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POLICY WHEN I SELL OR DE-REGISTER MY VEHICLE BEFORE MY INSURANCE PERIOD ELAPSES?
You can cancel your Car Insurance policy at any time by notifying us in writing. Please attach copies of your Certificate of Insurance and Sales Agreement/De-registration letter when sending this to us.
AM I ENTITLED TO A REFUND IF I CANCEL MY CAR INSURANCE MID TERM?
Yes. If you cancel your Car insurance mid-term, you will get a refund of 80% when you return the Certificate of Insurance to us. However, we will deduct a pro-rated amount to cater for the period when you car was already insured by our plan. No refunds will be allowed if a claim has been filed during the period or premiums have not been paid promptly.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF FILING A MOTOR ACCIDENT REPORT?
You may file an Car Insurance report at any of our authorized reporting centers in case of an accident. You should do this irrespective of whether you intend to repair your car or not.
